Clemson offers 4-star safety

Clemson has offered Alpharetta (Ga.) Milton 2019 four-star safety Joseph Charleston, he announced on social media Thursday.

Charleston (6-2, 190) received a flurry of offers last month from Alabama, N.C. State, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia Tech. Vanderbilt was first to offer in March before Georgia and West Virginia followed with offers in April.

Charleston, who visited Clemson on June 14, is projected to be one of the top defensive backs in the 2019 cycle.
