How did Clemson’s commitments perform in their games on Friday night? The Clemson Insider has you covered with the top performances from future Tigers in Week 1:

Tight end commit Braden Galloway (pictured) did it all for Seneca (S.C.) in its 55-6 stomping of Berea. Not only did Galloway catch a touchdown pass, but he also ran for 107 yards and a touchdown, and threw for 102 yards and a score, too.

Cartersville (Ga.) quarterback Trevor Lawrence guided his team to a 35-14 victory over Allatoona, completing 13 of 19 passes for 230 yards and two touchdowns with an interception.

Wide receiver commit Derion Kendrick, who plays quarterback for Rock Hill (S.C.) South Pointe, went 20-of-27 passing for 200 yards and a touchdown as he led his squad to a 39-7 win over Northwestern. He also produced 97 rushing yards on nine carries.

Defensive back commit Kyler McMichael, who is utilized as a running back for Norcross (Ga.) Greater Atlanta Christian, fumbled a couple of times in the early going against Lovett but had a strong night overall. He rushed 15 times for 93 yards and a touchdown, including a 10-yard scoring run that put his team up 7-0 in an eventual 46-14 win.

Snellville (Ga.) South Gwinnett defensive end Justin Mascoll registered a sack-fumble that helped his team take an early 3-0 lead over Central Gwinnett, though they came out on the wrong end of a 28-24 outcome.

Rock Hill (S.C.) South Pointe kicker B.T. Potter booted three extra points and connected on field goals of 22 and 31 yards in his team’s 39-7 rout of Northwestern.

Defensive end Xavier Thomas and linebacker Mike Jones of Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy helped  their team to a 41-22 win over Carol City.

Defensive tackle Josh Belk and Richburg (S.C.) Lewisville beat Andrew Jackson 30-6, while defensive tackle Darnell Jefferies and Covington (Ga.) Newton got by Drew 34-29. Linebacker Jake Venables and Central (S.C.) Daniel came away victorious at Berkeley by a score of 17-10.
