Clemson gets on the board in third

SOUTH BEND, IN – Clemson got on the scoreboard in the third inning.

Grayson Byrd singled up the middle to start the third.  Kier Meredith worked a walk in his first at bat for the Tigers.  Logan Davidson bunted the runners over.  Jordan Greene hit a sacrifice fly to center to score Byrd.

After the top of the third Clemson cut the Irish lead to 2-1.
