Good News for NC State

The NC State football program got some good news Thursday, picking up a top talent by way of the transfer portal.

After putting his name in the portal on Dec. 31, former Ohio State wide receiver Noah Rogers has committed to the Wolfpack.

Rogers didn’t register a reception for the Buckeyes as a freshman this season, but the Raleigh, North Carolina native was very highly regarded coming out of high school as a five-star recruit. He was a top-50 national prospect and the No. 1-ranked player in the state of North Carolina as a senior in 2022.

Rogers finished his career at Rolesville High School with over 3,200 receiving yards. The 6-foot-2, 201-pounder caught 70 passes for 1,432 yards and 22 touchdowns as a junior and had 37 touchdown receptions over his final two high school seasons.
