Clemson Rolls Out Orange Carpet for Five-star

Clemson rolled out the orange carpet for the country’s top-ranked safety on Saturday.

Zephyrhills (Fla.) High School five-star DJ Pickett was on campus to take another look at the Tigers.

Earlier in December Pickett had release a top five and the Tigers didn’t make the cut.  Alabama, Miami, Georgia, Michigan and Oregon were the teams that made the cut at the time.

The Tigers offered in August.

After a visit to Clemson the Tigers have made their case.  Clemson certainly improved their chances but we will have to see if they have staying power to land this Five-star prospect.
