South Carolina picked up a pledge Monday night from a former Clemson baseball player.
Tiger transfer Nathan Hall announced via social media that he has committed to the Gamecocks.
The sophomore outfielder entered the transfer portal earlier this month.
This season, Hall saw limited action, appearing in 12 games while notching five hits in 22 at bats.
The season prior, the Lexington, S.C., native appeared in 39 games (16 starts) and led the team in games off the bench (23). He hit .243 with 10 runs, three doubles, a homer, 12 RBIs, a .324 slugging percentage, .321 on-base percentage, eight walks, a hit-by-pitch and three steals.
Before coming to Clemson, Hall was ranked as the No. 100 outfielder in the nation by Perfect Game and the No. 11 player and No. 3 outfielder in South Carolina by Perfect Game.
