What are Swinney’s Expectations for freshman T.J. Moore?

CLEMSON — Clemson opened fall camp on Thursday at the Allen Reeves Football Complex.

Before practice began, Swinney was asked what his expectations were for freshman wideout T.J. Moore, who enrolled at Clemson in June.

“Where he is at? I have no clue,” Swinney said. “This was literally the first meeting that I have been here with him. Obviously, he is super talented young prospect. The only assumption I have is that I can’t wait to get out there and watch him.

“He has natural ball skills. He is a great ball skill guy. He is a finisher on the ball. Those are things I expect to see. All the rest of it. He has to get out there. It is going to be fast. We will see where he is at. You don’t know until you get out there. I am excited he is finally here, that is for sure.”

Clemson will open the season against SEC favorite Georgia on Aug. 31 in Atlanta as part of the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Classic.
