CLEMSON — Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney was asked about the status for Clemson defensive tackle DeMonte Capehart heading into next week’s game against No. 18 South Carolina.
Capehart did not play in the 17th-ranked Tigers’ 51-14 victory over The Citadel Saturday at Memorial Stadium. It was the third straight game he has missed.
Will he play against the Gamecocks next week in Death Valley?
“I would say he has a chance,” Swinney said. “He’s got a chance.”
