Tigers Share Teammates, Coaches They Were Thankful for in ‘24

There was plenty of thanksgiving this past weekend as the Clemson football team put a bow on the 2024 season.

During the annual Clemson football banquet on Saturday, various Tigers expressed gratitude for fellow members of the program.

Players such as sophomore defensive end T.J. Parker and freshman wide receiver T.J. Moore shared the teammates and coaches that they were thankful for in 2024.

“Coach Rumph [defensive ends coach Chris Rumph], I’m appreciative of you for holding me accountable to the highest standard, pushing me hard,” Parker said, via Clemson Football’s official social media account on X (formerly Twitter). “Even on days I didn’t feel like practicing or doing something, you always kept pushing me, encouraging me to do better and always taught me something new.”

“I just wanted to thank [senior tight end] Jake Briningstool for keeping me motivated throughout the year, for telling me that I’m going to do good, I’m going to be just fine and for bringing me up even when he didn’t know that he did,” Moore said.
