Another roster spot has opened up for the Clemson men’s basketball team.
The Clemson Insider confirmed that Clemson forward/center Jackson Roberts has entered the transfer portal.
A freshman walk-on, Roberts appeared in four games for the Tigers this past season and logged 3:59 total minutes on the court, going 0-for-1 from the field and recording one rebound.
The 6-foot-11, 247-pounder from Tampa, Fla. (IMG Academy) committed to Clemson last June.
Roberts becomes Clemson’s fourth transfer portal departure since the season came to an end last Thursday in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, joining forward Asa Thomas, guard Del Jones and forward Chauncey Wiggins.
