List of Recruits Set to Visit for Clemson Spring Game

Clemson is set to host the annual Orange and White spring game on Saturday, and while the format might be a little different, one thing remains unchanged.

The Tigers will have a handful of recruits in town for the scrimmage, with one being a major target in the 2026 class.

Four-star wideout Gordon Sellars (Providence Day, Charlotte) will return to campus. Sellars is set to announce a commitment on April 18, meaning this one is winding down. Clemson appears to be in a good spot with the blue-chip talent and will get one final shot before the announcement.

This will be Sellars’ second visit to campus is less than a month, as he was also on hand for the Elite Retreat the weekend of March 8. He was also in attendance for the regular-season finale against the rival Gamecocks.

South Carolina, Michigan, Ohio State, Georgia and North Carolina A&T are the other finalists. The Wolverines got a spring visit, as did the Buckeyes and Gamecocks.

ESPN ranks Sellars No. 127 overall, No. 22 among all receivers in the 2026 class and No. 2 in the state of North Carolina.

One name to know for the 2027 class will also be back on Saturday. Four-star linebacker Max Brown (Jefferson, GA) will be on campus. The younger brother of current linebacker and former five-star Sammy Brown just visited last weekend.

The 6-foot, 220-pound prospect is probably a pretty good bet to pick up one of the Tigers’ opening 2027 offers when they start going out in June.

“They’re not only going to make you a better football player, they’re gonna make you a better man,” Brown recently told The Clemson Insider. “They’re gonna make you a better husband one day, a better worker. Just prepare you for all skills of life. They make sure you focus on school. And then Clemson has won a lot of championships, whether it be conference or national.”

Rivals ranks Brown No. 49 overall, No. 2 among all linebackers in the class and No. 7 in the talent-rich state of Georgia.

2028 QB Austan Cristiaan will be back on campus. This will be Cristiaan’s fourth time visiting since last year’s spring game.

“I am looking forward to continuing to grow a relationship with the coaches, staff and players,” Cristiaan told TCI. “There is a lot to love about Clemson, and I could see myself there.”

2027 in-state linebacker Bubba Alexander (Hammond) will also be back for the second time in a week. Alexander, who was on hand for a spring practice last Saturday, has been a frequent visitor.

2027 in-state DL Patrick Williams (Marlboro County) will be on hand. Williams was named All-Conference as a sophomore last season.

2027 ATH Chris George (East Surry, NC) will visit. George is coming off of a visit to Virginia Tech.

2026 in-state ATH Somad Eaddy (Greer) plans to be in attendance. The 6-foot, 165-pound recruit has offers from Boston College, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Maryland, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and West Virginia.

2028 in-state RB Michael Martin II (Christ Church) will be back for the second time in a week. Martin was in for a visit last Saturday. He was at Duke earlier this week and has also visited Oklahoma this spring.

Newest commit Kameron Cody will also be back on campus this weekend. The three-star DT committed to the Tigers last weekend. He was last on campus for the Elite Retreat in March. Current QB commit Brock Bradley will also be there.
