Dominic Listi took to social media Monday and said thank you to Clemson after the Tigers’ season came to an end Sunday with a 16-4 loss to Kentucky in the Clemson Regional.
Listi says his one and only season with the Tigers was his “best year of baseball” ever, as he shared in a heartfelt post on X:
Listi shined for Clemson in 2025 as a first-year graduate transfer, following one season (2024) at Indiana State and four seasons (2020-23) at North Central (Ill.) College.
This season, Listi batted .310 with a .975 OPS. The outfielder from Crystal Lake, Ill. started all 63 games for the Tigers while racking up 15 doubles, one triple, five home runs, 47 RBI, 62 runs and 13 stolen bases.
He led Clemson in games started, tied for the team lead in runs scored and led the team in walks (55), hit by pitches (30) and on-base percentage (.507). His RBI total, walks, number of hit by pitches and stolen bases marked career-highs, while he was just 11 shy of tying a career-high in runs scored and only one shy of tying a career-high in doubles and homers.
