Adam Guthrie has locked in his next visit to Clemson.
The 4-star OL (Miami Trace, OH) tells The Clemson Insider that he will attend the Elite Retreat on March 8. In fact, Guthrie said he plans to arrive on that Friday and leave Sunday, giving him an entire weekend on campus.
Head coach Dabo Swinney and offensive line coach Matt Luke were in to visit with Guthrie and his parents at his high school on Monday. It was the third time Luke visited Guthrie over the past couple of weeks.
Guthrie last visited Clemson for the Tigers’ blowout win over NC State in September.
“Definitely just the feel of it,” Guthrie told TCI about the visit. “Just the feel of the locker room, the feel of the coaching staff. How much coach Luke likes me and wants me there. Just the overall family feel of it.”
Guthrie, who is also a standout basketball player, has more than 40 offers. On3 ranks him No. 37 overall and No. 7 among all tackle prospects.
